If I could be a scientist I would work day and night to find the cures to the uncurable. Cancer, Alzheimers, HIV, even the common cold. This is not to say I would want to cheat death. I believe everyone has their time on the earth. I just would like to help us to live without pain and suffering. I've lost too many loved ones to cancer. Call me selfish, but I would rather not lose any more.

If I could be a chef I would open a restaurant. Living on this small island, we don't have a proper restaurant. Hamburger stands and a pizza/ice cream parlor, yes...but we don't have a place where one can sit and enjoy a delicious meal that requires more than two bare hands to eat.

If I could be a writer I'd be able to use written words to inspire, humor, and teach.

If I could be an actor I'd be able to entertain the masses. I'd be in the spotlight and still be able to speak without fear because the words would not be my own.

Okay, so now I'm supposed to tag others. So that they can take this list to their own blog and do the exercise and then tag someone else, and on and on and on...
